All sales are final, we do not issue any refund unless it's discussed.

If you wish to return any item due to damages, or any other inquiry we will be happy to refund for in store credit or a full refund. Once the product has been received we will be more than happy to send you an in store credit code for future purchases.

Order was delivered, but have still not received the package?

If your package status says it was delivered but you still have not received the package, please first contact the carrier to help locate the package or file a lost package claim.

Once you have filed a lost package claim please contact us Eritreasvoice@gmail.com to receive a replacement, refund or in store credit.
